Up for sale is my 2000 R129 SL500 Designo Limited Edition.

This car is the Designo Slate Blue Edition which is one of only 500 Designo Editions produced. It is a very rare find and no similar car is for sale anywhere worldwide at the moment.

Am a private collector and purchased this car some years ago from the US.

Mileage is very low at 52.500 miles. The SL is in excellent condition mechanically and optically and it comes with all books, tools and original keys.

Soft top hydraulics work as they should and the soft top is in great condition.

Special features of this Designo Edition are Designo Slate Blue paint, black with purple Nappa leather, black stained birds eye maple wood trim on the doors, console, shift gate, shift knob and steering wheel.

There are also unique Designo floor mats which are black with blue piping with Designo embroidered. Designo is also embossed in the seat backs.

So this SL is very different from a standard SL500.

It is the perfect addition to any Mercedes collection
